Enjoyed Least: After the first day we could not access the Internet, although we talked to the owners about it. Surrounding Area: Ease of getting to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and other areas. Nearby Events or Locales: Santa Maria del Giudice. We were right in heart of village. I could visit the church on my way to morning cafe and only walk about 2 minutes Tips or Restaurants: Everything was pretty informal. Bring a bathing suit, great pool. Great pastries and restaurants in village Directions: We rented a GPS; that got us nearby. Check In Out: You just hand the owner the voucher, she shows you the apartment, looks at passports, does not collect any additional money for fees, shows you where to park and then leaves you to enjoy yourself.
