Overall: The villa was in a lovely area in the mountains near Mount Etna and very peaceful indeed! The pool was great and use of the tennis court was a bonus. Alessandro, the owner, made us all feel very welcome, and did everything to help us make the most of our holiday! We enjoyed the wine and olive oil from the estate very much indeed! Enjoyed Most: We loved the outside space and the fact the villa was lovely and cool in the evenings with the breeze. It is a beautiful villa. Surrounding Area: It was lovely scenery, and we also enjoyed a couple of visits to the beach club, kindly arranged by Alessandro. The water was very clear and warm, and a pretty beach bar at the end of the beach was great for lunch. Nearby Events or Locales: The nearest small town was Moio Alcantara and no, not in walking distance Tips or Restaurants: Tennis raquets and balls! Alessandro will advise on restaurants.
