Appalling. Quote received and car booked into garage. Awaited phone call from garage which was supposed to come before 11.00 am that morning. By 1.00pm nothing so I rang them. They informed me that they were not on the scheme and that they hadn't received my details over there. I enquired about the costs and I was told that the parts alone would cost more than the figure I had been quoted and that the repair cost would be in the region of 50% more than the price I had been given. I'm now needing to find another provider. Not happy and certainly would not recommend, particularly if work is needed on a strict budget or relatively urgently.
