Steer well clear of these useless scammers. I booked Repair Care online and paid £119 upfront. The 'engineer' arrived on the appointed date and spent no more than 6 minutes. He opened the machine door. I explained the easy fix from You tube, which hadn't worked. He tried it himself - didn't work. He closed the machine door and said he would be in touch. I suggested the pump was no working. Two days later I got a call from HQ? who asked me for £325 for three parts. (For that money I could buy a brand new machine!) I declined. I contacted a local shop in Devon who gave me the name and number of a repair guy. Phoned him and he came the same day. He checked the pump, which had a date pit lodged in it. Took it out, tested the machine and charged £65. Care Repair you are useless scammers!
