It's been 11 days since I made my first call to repaircair.com and paid my £175 .I took a day off work to wait for an engineer to arrive to only receive a phone call at 5.25 pm from his office informing me that he was stuck in traffic and asking me what I thought was wrong with it ..so I'm no refrigerator engineer but I guessed it could be the compressor .he said he thought I was probably right and that he would order one. Today I called repaircair to be told that they had the compressor and can't give me a date for the repair ..I can't believe it hasn't been diagnosed by a qualified engineer before they ordered parts and what if my guess is wrong how much longer after they finally turn up to repair it will I be without a fridge ? I'm not even a priority with a 4 year old childin the house ! There is no contact unless I call them !
