I found my way to the repaircare website and filled out the first few items having to do with the job I want done. Several things stopped me from going through with the repair. First, how can they quote an amount for a 'full, guaranteed' repair if they don't know what the job is? Second, what kind of company charges you to phone them other than the kind of company whose business model includes making money from every aspect of the customer relationship? Third, how can they claim to be a real business with more than 90% of their customers rating them at one star (or less, to judge from the comments)? Why on earth would anyone deal with these people?
