Please do not use Repair World. My washing machine was showing a 4E error and I called Repair World. The technician, came and opened the water tap and the error went. I was accidentally closing the tap instead of opening it (turning anti-clockwise closes this tap!), hence the error. There was nothing else wrong with the machine. The technician then said that he wanted to check the motherboard and opened the top of the washing machine. We noticed him move a wire and immediately a 1E error came and he said there is a problem with our motherboard and it will take 2 to 3 days for the engineer to rectify the error. We knew he had done something on purpose to cause the error and on closer inspection, we saw that he had we saw that he had disconnected a wiring pin and was hiding it with his hand. We reconnected the pin and asked him to leave.
