The delivery was very quick and well-packed. I order 2 x Arcadia Compact UVC Lamp 7W - 100mm/4.5" (SKU FFGC07), as my pond filter needed the shorter lamp. The Arcadia packing state that these are compact lamps, but the lamps inside the boxes were 135mm (standard length). Reptili contacted their suppliers and sent me return details and the package was collected by their arranged courier. Reptile didn't offer me a replacement, so I am waiting for my money back. At the time of writing this review, a week after reporting the problem. This product is still being advertised on their website, even though it is incorrect!
