AVOID // BEWARE it's a scam!!! DO NOT USE Reservations.com! I thought I was on the hotel's website. I did not know I was using a third party system that the hotel itself has never heard of. I did not just make a reservation, I unknowingly prepaid for the room, including $30 in taxes on a $94 small town Iowa hotel and a $20 service fee! For what? Nobody mentions a $20 service fee on their website! The hotel had no access to their account. They couldn't even give me a receipt to say I stayed there. I got stuck. I didn't even get the room I wanted or reserved, yet I paid for it. It was a FUBAR mess! I was faked out and ripped off. Why isn't the attorney general shutting this website down? **Bamboosaled!
