We thought we were dealing with the hotel. We did not notice we were redirected to Reservations.com. We made a reservation for three nights at a cost of about $990. The hotel has a one day full refund cancelation policy. Reservations.com does not honor the hotels cancelation policy and they said we would have to pay for one of the three nights. Instead of keeping one third of our $990 for one night they claimed more than one half of the $990.
