DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! They are the worst in the industry. Read the other reviews for yourself. I was just ripped off. Thought I was making a reservation for the Congress hotel in Chicago and got another hotel I never even heard of. 15 minutes later I was connected to a representative who canceled my reservation. When I inquired if there was any charge she balked and then said there was a $20 non refundable fee!! I cancelled within 20 minutes!
