The worst experience ever. I've booked a double room in a hotel through Reservation Stays, HUGE MISTAKE. The hotel got a reservation for a single room and refused to respect a double room voucher from Reservation Stays. I tried to correspond via email and they "closed the inquiry" on me. Tried to call them but the phone number they send in their emails is incorrect, I assume that they intentionally publish a wrong number. When reached them through the phone published on their website, they disconnected the call 3 times. When finally succeeded to talk with a support representative, they recognized their mistake but couldn't agree with the hotel to transfer me to a double room. Said that they will refund me but just now seen the refund amount and it's not what they promised so now I need to open a PayPal claim with them and loose time and energy again. Don't come near this company if you value your time and energy!
