Booked 2 nights through Reservation Stays at WorldQuest Orlando Resort. It's the most disgusting hotel room we've ever encountered, but b/c we checked in late, we had to stay in our room for the night. The next morning, we found poop stains on 2 of our 4 shower towels. By 6:30 in the morning, we were packed up and checked out. B/c we booked through Reservation Stays, the hotel could not accommodate us with the refund. Upon calling Reservation Stays and explaining what happened, they stated that they're not responsible for hotel conditions and that they would not refund us. So now I'm disputing the charges through American Express. Don't ever use Reservation Stays!!! And like so many others have stated, customer service is horrible.
