Avoid using ReservationStays!! Due to a health issue, we needed to cancel our 6-day reservation. I contacted the hotel and was told that I would be charged only one night if I cancelled, but…this was when I found out I had used a 3rd party reservation vendor and needed to contact them directly. I thought I had dealt directly with the hotel so shame on ReservationStays for being so sneaky. And, while the hotel is willing to refund me 5/6 of my money, ReservationStays will not refund a dime because I didn’t cancel within a week of making the reservation. Health issue or not, they’ll pocket the balance of my reservation charge ($3,000).
