Signed up over 9 months ago for competition near hotel. Somehow booked on line with this company even though I thought I was on the Hilton site. Called the Hilton to make sure my reservation was all set and they had NO one with that name or reservation. Called hotel twice a week apart to confirm and nothing noted on the day this company claimed to reserve money and charged credit card. Got a hold of reservation stay help like they sent me form to cancel and no option for above issue so when you pick anything they send you an email your refund is denied. I even added comments to the refund application and still denied. I spoke to a man India and He said we see your reservation here! Well the hotel In wisconsin does not!! How incredibly frustrating. I even paid the extra $20 to ensure I could cancel if need be! This company is a total scam! Do not use! I will only book by calling actual hotel from now on! Anyone on here ever contact consumer reports? Wondering if they would help. Reading all of these comments I can not believe this place is still allowed to be open. I can’t cancel a hotel room they never got me but I got charged so this is fraud!
