This site is a total scam. I booked a 2 night stay at Homewood Suites for 2 beds and all rooms come with a sofa bed for 4 people for $279/night. AFTER I paid the required fees upfront my confirmation said, “Room will be assigned at arrival”. At arrival they gave us a 1 King bed suite, which was $259/night on the website. Spent over an hour on the phone with the CS rep because they said the price can change at any time and it is the hotel’s fault that they only had a lower proce room and they could not refund me the difference in the price. So they basically upcharged me almost $30 plus dollars per night in rates, taxes and fees.
