Was trying to get a hotel room during a road trip. Called a hotel directly, but somehow ended up calling reservationstays.com . Didn't have a room where I wanted it, but they said they had a room at the Motel 6 and we were desprete so we agreed. They charged my card $250. Get to the hotel, and they have no record of payment only my reservation. Show them that my card had been charged but they have no record. Call reservationstays.com who tells me they need to look into this and they will call me back .... It was already 230 in the morning at this point so after an hour of no call back I ended up just asking if I could pay for a room (again) and getting a refund from reservationstays. the hotel charged me $120. Reservationstays overcharged me $130. 5 days later I am still fighting with them for a refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They have finally said they will try but it will take 14 days, with no guarentee.
