If I could give zero star. I would. Made reservations for the hurricane and went to check in we were told our 3rd party cancelled the stay. Now nowere to go. No refund and a cat 4 storm getting ready to hit. What kind of people would do that in an state of emergency. They put my family in harms way. We are lucky but I'm sure others who booked through this site were not.
