I have many of the same complaints as others. This company should be shut down. We were charged an outrageous amount of "fees & taxes" after being tricked into thinking this was the actual hotel website. The fees & taxes were hidden on the booking site and then a receipt wasn't even included in the email confirmation. Calling the company within 5 minutes of booking (when the charge was still pending!) yielded NO help.
