I purchased a few mica powders to try out in wooden wicked candles and melts, and am really pleased with the results. People say you shouldn't use mica in candles as it can clog up the wicks, but apparently this is less of an issue with wooden wicks, so I'm going to find out for myself! I am yet to burn them, but they look really pretty. I'm not going to post photos as this is the first time I have actually made them and they're not perfect, but still pretty good. The colours are great. I love the range available with Resin8. I ordered over Christmas with no expectation of communication until after the New Year, but their team were in touch to say they had the order and that they would be working on it as soon as they were all back from the break. Great customer service, and I love that Resin8's focus on sustainability.
