Made my first order with resin8 a couple of weeks ago because they had an amazing sale. Really pleased with all the items I received. Great quality. Unfortunately on opening the packaging one of my alcohol ink bottles had leaked. The packaging resin8 provided was fab lots of padding inside and the ink bottle was in a sealed plastic bag with another ink so damage to other items was massively reduced. Only thing I could think was the bottle was slightly damaged pre packing. Anyhow I contacted resin8 on Instagram who directed me to an email. Response was more or less immediate with a new alcohol ink being posted the same day. Now if that isn't fab service, I don't know what is! Brilliant! A+!
