I had to pay 23 euros in tax when the parcel arrived in France after you had already charged VAT. If you want to send products to European customers my suggestion would be to set yourself up so that VAT is not charged in the UK. Other companies are doing this well.
I like your product and would buy more .....if I were not to be double taxed, thanks
