Had a $10,000+ order. Products arrived on time but many of our tabletops were scratched and full of blemishes, looked dirty and poorly finished, some were already delaminating. Sent photos and asked for replacements as we were opening a restaurant within the next three weeks. Salesperson said they wouldn’t replace them, rather I had to repackage on a pallet and send them back and they would refinish the said tables and return in a month and a half. I explained this wouldn’t work within our timeframe and this company refused to help in any other way. I will never do business with them again.
