Very poor customer service On 24/04/2020 I placed an order with Rest Express that was supposed to be delivered within 7 days. On 30/04/2020 I received a missed call from the supplier whilst at work but no message was left. I tried returning the call but unfortunately they appear to not be receiving telephone calls at the moment. I have since used their online form on two occasions to inquire about my order but have not received any response. I can see that the money has been taken from my account on 01/05/2020 and it may well be that the items ordered are on their way. However, I do not know for certain due to having had no communication from the supplier since the missed call on 30/04/2020. I appreciate that these are far from normal times and suppliers are short staffed. I can accept delays in delivering products but I do expect some communication.
