When I initially purchased Restoro, I learned my problem wasn't cleared. I called the service number and was helped very quickly. My cost was refunded and I bought a more complete service package and we proceeded from there. After a few hours, the main functions were restored but I realized my hostories were missing. I called back and Restoro restored my documents in a timely fashion.
