First I bought the application and when it was running my computer was in a critical spot. A Remote person entered and explained the issues (truly not good) I was offered two plans for a total fix for my computer. I opted for the one time fix and allowed them to help me.
They went beyond a 100% to help me with my issues, Their customer sevice was excellent and very kind. You can get a hold of someone when you need to and they seem to be able to stay on top of your questions, concerns and issues.
