The technicians did solve my problem and were very professional. The price for initial service was reasonable. In order to solve my deeper issues on an old laptop, I required a more expensive extended subscription which was comparable to taking laptop into local technical services. I think the 24/7 future service will be worth the additional investment. Satisfied customer.
