I had no sound on windows 10 laptop. I tried to fix it myself for a couple weeks with no luck
It was a little expensive for me BUT i was loaded with virus and I never could have done this myself. The tec was a wizard. It took a couple hours, and the computer is better than new. I have a years' service and will check in once a month to keep things working safely. Also got a year's Mcafee included. I am a happy customer
