One great thing was that I contacted Restoro and within one minute, I believe, I had someone offering to address my issues. There was absolutely no delay. Everything was done, obviously, very professionally and I am extremely pleased that I have someone (ignorant as I am about computers) who can restore what was becoming a dreaded chore into the pleasure of knowing I am able to get back to business and it will work the way it is supposed to work.
