You will have to ask the 3 techs who helped me for the last 4 days. Bren, Alberto and Jay. I have worn them out!! and, I had trouble understanding the folks. I often (really often) had to ask techs for clarification re: what they said. All were patient, so patient. I failed to tell them I am 79 years OLD, not that matters. They probably figured that out. At any rate, your techs will be the first I recommend if I have friends needing tech support. RESTORO. Until my next complaint (smile).
