Having spent 3 frustrating days trying to figure out why I could not sign in to Microsoft Edge when it kept trying to have me sign on to GOOGLE which I did not want to do Restoro came to the rescue. I first spoke with Jose T who spoke with excellent knowledge of what and why I needed to have my computer checked out at which point I signed on to have that done. With sincere thanks to Nelson R who then took over investigating the technical problems that were detected, he remained on line for quite a while until things were restored to what they needed to be with viruses and other technicalities taken care of. He kept in touch with me through messages until all issues had been resolved. I can't tell you how much their concern and expertise are appreciated, they are two gentlemen that I had the utmost confidence in the ability to see me through to a happy conclusion.
