het programma wist zichzelf van mijn desktop. Bij nieuwe installatie moet ik U steeds opnieuw verzoeken mijn ontvangen selectienummer (serial) te activeren.
Kort - Het programma en selectienummer tot activering blijven niet op mijn desktop, dit wordt bij een afgesloten desktop automatisch gewist ?????
Daarom graag de restitutie van mijn aankoopbedrag.
