i received a computer as a gift, and I am so very glad I tapped into this awesome resource before using it. There were many privacy issues, and the tech support woman Cindy, had so much patience in the cleanup process, and getting me to understand what to do to get my wireless mouse working. She was patient and whizzed thru like the pro that she is!!! I am 100 % happy with the service, and the package that was suggested that I purchase to make sure all of my info is secure.
