Couldn't get my printer to work, or hook up to my wifi. I found Restoro online and purchased and they contacted me immediately. They scanned and found many virus that were probably causing ALL kinds of issue's with the running of my desktop. They fixed everything and also after I purchased a new printer, they restored the current one I was using that started the issue to begin with....I would 100% recommend Restoro. Marisue
