Service today was prompt and resolved my issue. Teh was polite and professional.
My rating is not 5 stars simply because of the difficulty in getting the correct telephone numbers to call for support. I have been given 3 numbers and still not sure who I should call initially. Also,someone always has to call me back. I give my mobile phone number but they still call my home phone
