your basic package literally states that the first 24 hours are free for all scan results but you cant select it and when you go to ''repair'' it send you to a web link telling you to pay 45 dollars for a 1 time use sorry but id like to see if it works before i invest had it resolved my issue i would have been more than happy to buy the program knowing my computer has a tendency to f itself up.
