This is a long story, but it has ended well today. For a long time my headset would not work or mute speakers. The headset would only work if plugged in BEFORE switching on the laptop, but would stop working if disconnected and reconnected, then no sound from headset. Your techy today has identified that the Reimage app has caused this software failure, and is sending a report to your developers. To sum up, after many attempts by about 6 techys, the fault is probably found. Fingers crossed !!
