I was experiencing severe computer problems and when researching the problem and solution I found that Restoro could assist. Restoro took over my computer remotely for 4.5 hours to work on the problem. During that time they were either in phone contact or I was able to chat on my computer to answer their queries. I signed up for the top option to have them clean up my computer and add a commercial virus checker and other protection. Whilst this may have been expensive at the time, it provides cover for three years and saved me a 200 km trip to a Microsoft Office to get similar repair work undertaken. My computer appears to be up and running normally and my thanks go to those folk at Restoro who assisted me.
