Oh my, where do I start! Kathleen Q was delightful. I'm not computer savvy at all. Her patience and direction were direct, clear, and kind. This was quite a challenge. We had loads of difficulties setting the printer up with the laptop a couple of years with Restoro. Restoro never gave up until the printer accepted the computer's direction to print. Tonight, as then, Kathleen Q was able to do it again. Still don't know how this hiccup happened. Very grateful and appreciative to know there is a service like Restoro.
