Alexa was great in testing and checking if laptop's driver upgrades were needed. A thorough check was performed the driver were updated and had no driver issues. This confirms my laptop drivers are okay, and the 3rd party was attempting a scam.
Further, Alexa suggest I contact the Seagate Tech support group to if they were aware of the scam or if a Seagate software problem existed.
Alexa provided superb support and my laptop's health.
