I never leave negative reviews on any companies in the past but with this company, I need to let others to beware. I wanted the Federal format resume which the rep (Ethan) was so sure that their writing team would be able to do and signed me on with a guaranteed of refund if not met. After 4 revisions and took over a month with an assigned manager (Sandra), and still not able to deliver the Federal resume as requested. Then I inquired about the guaranteed that was promised when I signed up, no one got back to me with multiple attempts. All I wanted was a Federal format resume, if the company fail to deliver, then the company needs to offer a solution and have a win- win situation. I filed with my CC and was told that I signed their term/conditions, there are no refund. To my surprised that I did sign such thing, then I looked at the invoice, there was a small printed statement said by signing the invoice, I agreed with their term/conditions. I actually, did not sign anything besides paid for the service invoice and was never told about the terms/conditions otherwise, I would never use this company. This is a very sneaky company and train their reps to say whatever to sign customer, knowingly the company is misleading the customers with their guaranteed. If the company have no refund policy, then the rep should not offer that to customer. Dishonest and fraud to my point of view. Also, this company did not care about their integrity or reputation, no one reach out from the company to resolve any dissatisfaction. Be cautious when using this company, do your research. Hope my review help to save some headache for others.
