You find this out only after you email them asking them where they are. They then send you an impersonal AI generated email telling you it'll take between 15-20 business days. What reason do they give for this ridiculously long wait? Quality... Quality my ass. It takes so long because they suck. It's a plastic mouthguard an orthodontist office makes in a day.
