This firm`s integrity is non existent. Having sent back a full blue bag of very good quality clothing, some of which had never been worn and still had labels attached, I was sent only £2.50. There was no negotiation of whether or not I would prefer the items to be returned to me, or which items had been considered substandard. I had made sure that all used items were clean, dry and neatly packed in accordance with the rules.
I would advise you not to believe this firm`s promises. I certainly will not be sending any more clothing to them.
