My husband ordered a white version of this and I ordered the blue for him as a gift and he received his white one and fell in love with it but unfortunately the company was out of the blue and his size and I expected that to be the end of it. However, I was contacted by the company and they personally apologized for being out of stock and promised me one of the first ones that came in the next time! He was very very appreciative of our business and was very happy to hear how much my husband loved the one that he did receive and that we would be lifelong customers and a lot of that is due to their personable service, not to mention an unmatched product!
