This company incorrectly applied VAT to our invoices. I notified them more than a week ago, and they promised to look into it. Since then, radio silence.
To make matters worse, today they went ahead and pulled the erroneous charge from our bank account anyway. When I contacted them again, they tried to play innocent — “we reached out to you two days ago, did you get our email?” Yes, I did: it was an upselling email pushing me to upgrade my subscription plan. Absolutely nothing about fixing the billing error.
When pressed again, their customer support simply shrugged it off and said they would “pass my message to the billing team.” More delays, more stonewalling.
This is incompetence coupled with a complete lack of concern for their customers. If they can’t get basic billing right or even acknowledge mistakes honestly, why should anyone trust them with more?
