We were originally just using the Free version of TrustPilot, but when they quoted us double the amount that Reviews.io was charging it was a no brainer. The support team are amazing, any issues or queries they are quick to respond to, they helped us install the reviews widget to our website on EKM, and also helped to make sure we imported reviews over that we already had. Also with reviews.io we can get customers to leave photo reviews, which really helps our customers see products in real life, and also can see that these are real reviews and not need to worry about fakes.
