So far its been a really good experience. Great features and service level and the new branding looks great too. On-boarding was easy to do in-house and the few questions we had have been answered very quickly either by phone or online chat. Its all backed up with a commitment from their side of no contractual tie-ins too which is refreshing! Before using Reviews.co.uk we had tried a well known competitor system and had a really bad experience. We had legitimate reviews being blocked and abrupt emails being sent from the system to our customers (calling them fraudulent!) which caused us a large customer service issue. In addition the competitor in question had poor customer service levels in consideration to the amount we were expected to pay. Bottom line: Be careful who you 'trust' with your customer data and reviews! We had a lucky escape that time! So now with the initial experience with Reviews.co.uk being so good and different to what we have previously had to deal with we are certainly happy in our choice!
