We came to Reviews.co.uk after having a very bad experience with their competitor, Trust Pilot where we had no idea who we were talking to every time we called them for help. We were made so many false promises that couldn't eventually be fulfilled by Trust Pilot. We had to demand our refund from them. Reviews.co.uk on the contrary are very helpful with friendly staff who email us on a regular basis to see how they can help us to get maximum use of their Review services. Alice Greet in particular has been very supporting and co-operative with us. Wish we could have come to Reviews.co.uk earlier to save us from the six months of nightmare, waste of time and embarrassment we had with Trust Pilot.
