We have been with Reviews for a long time. The staff have always been very helpful (normally I speak to Alice or Matt), originally it was a choice between reviews.co.uk or Trustpilot but the rep at Trustpilot filled us with no confidence. Recently Trustpilot again tried to get us to sign up, and we almost did (in addition to reviews not replacement) due to the very nice guy 'Luke', but they snatched defeat from the jaws of victory with their high pressure deadline sales tactics, hidden clause contracts and general feeling of double glazing salesmanship. The worst part is Trustpilot make you feel forced into it by hosting unsolicited reviews and refusal to remove them as they are deemed to be the reviewers content. We have pointed out that some are clearly fake and libelous from competitors and that as publisher Trustpilot are therefore liable for propagating such material without fact checking. If you were thinking of using TrustPilot over Reviews, then quite simply DO NOT DO IT in our opinion. There are other review companies, but I can not comment on them as I have had no dealings with them, but I can certainly RECOMMEND REVIEWS.CO.UK due to their systems working and the staff being helpful 5 out of 5 for sure. Being one of the first in our industry to use a review platform, it is fun to notice that several of our competitors now also use reviews.co.uk and I have no doubt that is because where we lead others then follow in our niche (imitation is the highest for of flattery).
