Our contacts at Reviews.co.uk are really friendly and have been helpful from the very beginning. They are keen to work with you, but are not pushy at all - even before you have signed up! Their general attitude and aptitude meant I had the confidence to sign up to the service and it hasn't disappointed. The interface is well designed and a pleasure to use. Its lovely to read and respond to the many many positive reviews we have been getting, and the recurrent themes that I hear from them show that all the effort we put in to customer service has paid off. Google seems to pick up on the new reviews coming in relatively quickly which is also good. The much lower number of people who did not seem to have such a great experience with us are a great opportunity to improve our service and in some ways much more useful than the positive responses. I've even managed to turn an experience from bad to good, so its also a good intervention point to keep an eye on. All in all its a great service, easy to use and with a good support team should you need it.
